A phase 1/2 study found maternal hexavalent 6 polysaccharide−protein conjugate group B Streptococcus vaccine (GBS6) to be safe and immunogenic and to have induced antibody responses to vaccine serotypes in infants whose parent was vaccinated while pregnant.
